Inspiring Connections Between People & the Planet
Our volunteers are the heart of our mission, playing a crucial role in nurturing and restoring our natural habitats. Whether you’re planting, teaching, or lending a hand at events, your efforts make it all possible. Join us and be part of a community dedicated to fostering a Seed to Soul™ lifestyle.
We warmly invite you to volunteer at our botanical gardens! Nestled in the heart of Fort Collins, our gardens are easily accessible from City Park, a perfect central point for your visit. We encourage you to park at City Park and take a short, scenic walk to the gardens—it’s just a few minutes away. We want to promote eco-friendly transportation options like walking, carpooling, and biking. City Park is a beautiful area to explore, and walking from there allows you to enjoy the natural surroundings and fresh air before starting your volunteer activities.
Thank you for contributing to our mission and for embracing sustainable practices!

“Volunteering at Sagrada Botanical Gardens is an incredibly fulfilling experience. Every visit is a joyful adventure where I not only get my hands dirty but also connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for nurturing our planet. It feels like everything aligns perfectly here; we’re all doing exactly what we’re supposed to, fostering a true sense of community and reconnecting with what it means to be human.”

“Regenerative gardening- its process and results; biophilic design and its importance to humans, flora and fauna; knowing the importance of remembering the “old ways;” and understanding our necessity of needing to reconnect with Earth and each other, this whole vision of hers is what life needs.
Her whole being is pouring into her vision to help change the paradigm on multiple levels.”

“I have had the most magical time volunteering at Sagrada! Heather and the rest of the team have so much wisdom to share. I have learned about permaculture, foraging, sustainability and cooking. It is very rewarding and fun to contribute to this community project!”
